At your peak enjoyment, a female photographer stands with your blessing, ready to capture your radiance on film, preserving it in photo form for eternity.

And as the sun sets on each magical day, you'll retire to gorgeous sleep-over-style accommodation.

We use simple bank transfers so there's no extra costs in paying off your space. 

TICKET MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THE RETREAT START DATE.

🦋 Long drive ahead?

Optional extra - stay on Sunday night and drive after breakfast on Monday morning. No extra activities planned for this time - this is purely for safety.

Extra night $50 studio $80 queen room, basic breakfast included. Please contact me directly if you want this option and we can sort it easily.

*** TICKET POLICY ***

**Cancellation Policy: If the organizers cancel this event due to reasons such as severe illness or family illness where the organizer is not replaceable with a suitable stand-in, or, if the minimum attendance is not met to go ahead with the retreat, you will be refunded the entire purchase price of your ticket or any payments made.

**Refund Policy - All deposits and tickets are non-refundable. There are no refunds for any portion of any tickets sold from the time of purchase onwards.

**Transfers: In the event you are unable to attend, if you cancel within the 60-day window of the retreat start date, you are not eligible for any transfer of payment, unless we can fill your spot with another paying participant.

Successful transfers must be used within the calendar year.

Outside of the 60 days from the retreat start date your payment will be held as a credit towards an event held at Wild Rhythm.

**Insurance - It is up to you the attendee to insure yourself and also to manage yourself in a way to not cause harm to yourself or others while at the retreat, including travel to and from the event.

**Payment and Payment plans: A $250 non-refundable deposit will save you a place. 50% of the balance is required by September 15th and 100% paid before October 15th 2024. Full balance payments are required at least 30 days before the event start dates. Admin fees of $100 will be charged for outstanding payments outside of this time frame.

**Accessibility: This is a movement-based retreat and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Moderate mobility is required to walk up and down stairs and on uneven footpaths and terrain.

Though all of our yoga classes are accessible to all levels, please note and understand the uneven nature of this land.
