Service Description
Each week, you'll engage in a 60-minute session of somatically led yoga postures in tandem with breathwork practices. These are designed not only to de-stress you but also to build a reservoir of good mental health, fostering healthy emotional responses to life's challenges. In addition, you'll learn simple, quick tools for in-the-moment use, helping you transition from peak emotional stress to inner calm in just a few minutes. ** Schedule: ** Next Full Course * Mondays 6:00 pm - September 23rd - October 21st 2024 * - Sessions may extend to 2 hours if desired by the class. ** Class Details: ** - 90-minute sessions (can extend to 2 hours) - Yoga, Breathwork, and Somatic practices plus a Breath Meditation - No singing or dancing required (but welcomed!) - No prior experience necessary; come as you are. ** Body-Mind Benefits Include: ** - Release stored stagnant emotions and invite calm feelings into their space - Work on deeply held behaviour pattern - Improve the way you breathe, which relieves the body's grip from holding onto stress and it's harmful physical symptoms - Balance organ, production and secretion of hormone, protein, lipid and peptides - excellent for overstressed / exhausted people with adrenal fatigue or any organ burden. - Strengthen your resolve and ability to cope under pressure - Gifting yourself committed space and time for deep-healing energy shifts on physical and metaphysical levels.. ** We Offer: ** - Knowledge, safe guidance, and a supportive environment - No rigid rules or attire requirements—express yourself freely!
